Welcome to AnimeRelic. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website animerelic.com (the “Site”) and any purchases you make from us. The Site is operated by Kawaprint LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”).

By accessing or using the Site, or by placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use the Site or make a purchase.

1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to make a purchase on the Site. By using the Site, you represent that you meet this requirement.

2. Products and Descriptions
We strive to display our products as accurately as possible. However, colors, images, and descriptions may vary slightly depending on your screen settings or production differences.

AnimeRelic is an independent brand. Our products are fan-inspired and artistically reinterpreted designs. We are not an official licensee or distributor of any anime studio, publisher, or production company. All products are unofficial and created for personal expression and entertainment purposes.

We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or refuse any order at our sole discretion.

3. Pricing and Payment
All prices are listed in United States Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice. Prices do not include applicable taxes or shipping fees, which will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

We accept major payment methods as shown at checkout. By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method. Payment must be received in full before we process and ship your order.

4. Orders
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the products. We reserve the right to accept or decline your order for any reason, including product availability, errors in pricing or product information, or suspected fraud.

If we cancel an order after payment has been processed, we will issue a full refund to the original payment method.

5. Shipping
Shipping times, costs, and methods are described in our Shipping Policy. Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery of the items to the carrier.

Our products feature original fan-inspired artwork. They are not official merchandise and do not claim affiliation with any third-party intellectual property owners.
