Shipping policy

At AnimeRelic, we want your order to reach you safely and as quickly as possible. Please read the information below carefully so you know what to expect.

Order Processing Time
Most orders are prepared and fulfilled within 3–7 business days after payment is confirmed.
During peak seasons, holidays, or high order volume, processing may take slightly longer. You will receive a notification if there is any significant delay.

Shipping Times
Shipping times begin after your order has been processed and handed over to the carrier.

  • United States: 7–10 business days
  • All other countries: 10–14 business days

Please note that these are estimated delivery times. Actual delivery may vary depending on the carrier, destination, weather conditions, or customs clearance (for international orders).

Shipping Rates

  • United States: $5.99
  • International (all other countries): $12.99

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and are non-refundable once the order has been shipped (except in cases of our error).

Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information (when available). You can use the tracking number to monitor the status of your package.

Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees charged by their country. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping fee and are determined by local customs authorities. AnimeRelic is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.

Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect address, refusal of delivery, or failure to pick up from the local post office/customs, we may charge a re-shipping fee or issue a partial refund after deducting original shipping and return costs.
