Refund policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from AnimeRelic. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions.

Return Window
You may return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of the delivery date.

Eligible Products

  • We accept returns for both defective and non-defective (change of mind) products.
  • Items must be in new condition only - unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in the original packaging with all tags attached (where applicable).
  • We accept exchanges for a different size, color, or product of equal or greater value (price difference must be paid by the customer if applicable).

How to Start a Return or Exchange

  1. Contact us at support@animerelic.com with your order number and the reason for the return/exchange.
  2. We will review your request and, if approved, provide a free return shipping label that you can download and print.
  3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging (or a suitable box) and attach the return label.
  4. Drop the package off at the designated carrier location.

  • We do not charge any restocking fees.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 10 days.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund to your account.

Exchanges
If you request an exchange, we will ship the new item after we receive and approve the returned product. Shipping times for the replacement item follow our standard Shipping Policy.

Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Items that are not in new condition
  • Items returned after the 30-day window
  • Personalized or custom-made products (if applicable)

Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include clear photos of the issue. We will arrange a free return and provide a full refund or replacement as quickly as possible.
