This policy explains how we handle copyright infringement notices and the process for submitting a claim.
1. Our Position on Intellectual Property
AnimeRelic is an independent brand. The products we sell feature original, fan-inspired designs created for artistic and expressive purposes. We are not an official licensee or distributor of any anime studio, publisher, production company, or third-party intellectual property owner.
We do not intentionally use copyrighted material belonging to others without authorization. If you believe that any content or product on our website infringes your copyright, please follow the notice procedure below.
2. Notification of Copyright Infringement (DMCA Notice)
If you are a copyright owner (or authorized to act on behalf of one) and believe that material on animerelic.com infringes your copyright, please send a written notice that includes all of the following information:

3. Counter-Notification
If you believe that material you posted or a product of yours was removed or disabled as a result of a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification. The counter-notification must include:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled, and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or disabled.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
- Your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in New Mexico and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notification or an agent of such person.

4. Repeat Infringers
It is our policy to terminate, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts or access of users who are repeat infringers of copyright.
