Thank you for visiting and shopping at Animerelic. We are committed to delivering your favorite anime “relics” as quickly and safely as possible. Below are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
1. Shipping Destinations
Currently, we focus exclusively on serving customers within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time to ensure the best service quality for our domestic community.
2. Shipping Rates & Costs
We believe in simplicity. Instead of complex weight-based calculations, we offer a Flat Rate Shipping fee for all orders:

Standard Shipping: $5.99 for all orders, regardless of the number of items or weight.
All shipping costs will be clearly displayed at checkout before you finalize your purchase.
3. Order Processing & Transit Times
Since our products are Print-on-Demand (POD)—custom-made just for you—please note the following timeline:

Processing Time (Production): 2 – 5 business days. During peak seasons (holidays), this may take slightly longer.

Transit Time (Shipping): 5 – 10 business days via reliable carriers such as USPS, FedEx, or UPS.

Total Estimated Delivery Time: 7 – 15 business days from the moment you place your order.
Please note: “Business days” are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order has been printed and shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24–48 hours. You can track your package directly through the carrier’s website.
5. Shipping Address Changes
We can only update your shipping address if the order has not yet entered the production phase. Please contact us immediately at support@animerelic.com if you need to make changes. Once an order is shipped, we cannot redirect it.
6. Damaged or Lost Items
Animerelic is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping by the carrier. However, your satisfaction is our priority. If you receive your order damaged or if it is lost in transit, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods, then contact our support team immediately so we can assist you in filing a claim or arranging a replacement.
