1. Shipping Destinations

Currently, Animerelic only supports shipping within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time due to operational conditions.

2. Shipping Rates & Costs

We maintain simple and transparent pricing with a flat rate for all domestic orders:

  • Standard Shipping: $5.99 per order. All shipping fees will be clearly displayed at checkout before you finalize your purchase.

3. Order Processing & Transit Times

To help you estimate when your order will arrive, please refer to the timelines below:

  • Order Cut-off Time: 5:00 PM (Central Time).

  • Order Processing Time (Handling): 1 – 3 business days (Monday through Friday).

  • Transit Time: 5 – 7 business days (Monday through Friday).

  • Total Estimated Delivery Time: 6 – 10 business days.

Note: Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or federal holidays.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email containing your tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to become active in the carrier’s system.

5. Shipping Address Changes

We can only modify the shipping address before the order enters the processing stage. If you need to update your details, please contact us immediately at support@animerelic.com. Once an order is shipped, we are unable to change the destination.

6. Damaged or Lost Items

Your satisfaction is our priority. If your order arrives damaged or is lost during transit, Animerelic will take full responsibility for assisting you. Please retain all packaging materials and contact our support team at support@animerelic.com within 7 days of the estimated delivery date. We will work with the carrier to investigate and provide a replacement or a full refund.
