Refund and Returns Policy

At Animerelic, we take great pride in the quality of our anime-inspired apparel. To ensure a fair and transparent shopping experience, we have established a clear policy for all our customers.

1. Return Window

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

2. Return Eligibility (Defective & Non-Defective)

To provide the best service, we accept returns for:

  • Defective/Damaged Products: Printing errors, torn fabric, or incorrect items (wrong size/color/design).

  • Non-Defective Products: If you have changed your mind or are not satisfied with the product, provided that the item is in New condition (unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging).

3. Exchanges

We accept exchanges. If you need a different size or design, please contact us at support@animerelic.com within the 30-day window. We will guide you through the process to ensure you get the perfect “relic” for your collection.

4. Return Method & Costs

  • Return Method: Returns are accepted by mail only.

  • Return Label: We provide a prepaid shipping label (download & print) for all authorized returns.

  • Return Shipping Cost: Free (No cost to the customer for both defective and non-defective returns).

  • Restocking Fee: None ($0.00).

5. How to Start a Return

To initiate a return or exchange, please email support@animerelic.com with:

  1. Your order number.

  2. The reason for the return (for defective items, please attach clear photos of the issue).

Once approved, we will email you a prepaid return shipping label. Simply print it, attach it to your package, and drop it off at the designated carrier location.

6. Refund Processing Time

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

  • Processing Time: Approved refunds will be issued within 7 business days (matching your GMC settings) from the date we receive the returned item.

  • Method: Refunds will be credited back to your original payment method.

7. Order Cancellations

Because production begins quickly, cancellations are only accepted within 6 hours of placing your order. After this period, the order enters production and can no longer be canceled.
