Refund and Returns Policy

At Animerelic, we take great pride in the quality of our anime-inspired apparel. Since each item is custom-printed specifically for you (Print-on-Demand), we have established a clear policy to ensure a fair and transparent experience.

1. Returns for Defective Products Only

We only accept returns and provide refunds for products that are defective, damaged, or incorrect.

  • Defective/Damaged: Printing errors, ripped fabric, or broken items.

  • Incorrect Item: You received the wrong size, color, or design compared to your order.

Please note: Because each item is custom-made, we cannot accept returns for “change of mind” or “wrong size ordered” by the customer.

2. Exchanges

We do not currently accept exchanges. If your product is defective, please follow the return process below to receive a refund, and you can place a new order for the correct item.

3. Return Process

If you receive a defective item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

  • Method: All returns must be processed By Mail.

  • Return Label: We will provide a Download and Print prepaid shipping label.

  • Return Fee: Shipping is Free for defective products. You will not have to pay for the return shipping cost.

  • Restocking Fees: No cost ($0.00).

4. How to Start a Return

  1. Email us at support@animerelic.com with your Order Number and clear photos showing the defect or damage.

  2. Once approved, we will email you a prepaid return shipping label.

  3. Print the label, attach it to your package, and drop it off at the designated carrier location.

5. Refund Processing Time

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed immediately.

  • The funds will be credited back to your original payment method within 7 business days.

6. Order Cancellations

Since we strive to start production as quickly as possible, cancellations are only accepted within 2 hours of placing your order. After this window, the order enters the production phase and cannot be canceled.
