1. ORDERING & PRODUCTS

What styles of designs do you offer? We specialize in diverse artistic expressions of anime, including 90s Vintage Bootleg, Minimalist, Chibi/Kawaii, and Artistic Mashups. Every design is curated to be a “relic” for your wardrobe.

How do I know which size to pick? We provide a detailed Size Guide on every product page. Since we use premium heavy-cotton tees (Standard US Sizing), we recommend measuring your favorite shirt at home and comparing it to our chart for the perfect fit.

Can I change or cancel my order? Because we use a Print-on-Demand model, production starts almost immediately. You can request a change or cancellation within 2 hours of placing your order. After that, we are unable to stop the process.

2. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

How much does shipping cost? We keep it simple: Flat rate of $5.99 for all orders within the United States, no matter how many items you buy!

How long will it take to get my order?

  • Production Time: 2 – 5 business days.

  • Shipping Time: 5 – 10 business days.

  • Total: You can expect your package in about 7 – 15 business days.

Do you ship internationally? Currently, we only ship within the United States.

3. PAYMENTS & SECURITY

What payment methods do you accept? We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover) via Stripe, as well as PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

Is my payment secure? Absolutely. We use SSL encryption to protect your data. We never store your credit card information on our servers; all transactions are handled by PCI-compliant processors (Stripe/PayPal).

4. RETURNS & REFUNDS

What is your return policy? Since each item is custom-printed for you, we only accept returns for defective, damaged, or incorrect items. Please contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos of the issue.

How do I return a defective item? If your item is faulty, email us at support@animerelic.com. We will provide a free, prepaid return label for you to print and use.

When will I receive my refund? Once we receive your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 7 business days.
