1. ORDERING & PRODUCTS

  • What styles of designs do you offer? We specialize in a wide range of anime-inspired apparel, including 90s Vintage Bootleg, Minimalist, Chibi/Kawaii, and Artistic Mashups. Each design is carefully curated to be a unique “relic” for your wardrobe.

  • How do I know which size to choose? A detailed Size Guide is available on every product page. Our apparel follows Standard US Sizing. We recommend measuring a shirt you already own and comparing it with our size chart to ensure the perfect fit.

  • Can I change or cancel my order? Because we operate on a Print-on-Demand model, production begins very quickly. Changes or cancellations can be requested within 6 hours of placing your order. After this window, the order enters production and can no longer be modified.

2. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

  • How much does shipping cost? We keep it simple with a transparent flat-rate shipping fee of $5.99 for all orders within the United States, regardless of how many items you purchase.

  • How long will it take to receive my order?

    • Order Processing (Handling): 1–3 business days.

    • Transit Time: 5–7 business days.

    • Total Estimated Delivery: 6–10 business days.

  • Do you ship internationally? At this time, we only ship within the United States.

3. PAYMENTS & SECURITY

  • What payment methods do you accept? We accept payments via PayPal, which supports all major credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), PayPal balances, and Guest Checkout options.

  • Is my payment secure? Yes. All transactions are protected by SSL encryption and processed through PayPal’s secure, PCI-compliant system. We do not store your credit card information on our servers.

4. RETURNS & REFUNDS

  • What is your return policy? To ensure the highest level of satisfaction, we offer a 30-day return policy. We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products (such as change of mind), provided the item is in its original, unworn condition.

  • How do I return an item? Please email support@animerelic.com with your order number. Once your request is authorized, we will provide a free prepaid return shipping label via email for you to download and print.

  • When will I receive my refund? After we receive and inspect your return, approved refunds are processed within 7 business days and issued back to your original payment method.
