DMCA Policy

Animerelic respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 (DMCA), we will respond expeditiously to claims of copyright infringement committed using the Animerelic website ([suspicious link removed]).

1. Notice of Copyright Infringement

If you are a copyright owner, or authorized to act on behalf of one, please report alleged copyright infringements taking place on or through the Site by delivering a DMCA Notice to our Designated Agent. Upon receipt of a valid Notice, we will take whatever action, in our sole discretion, we deem appropriate, including removal of the challenged material from the Site.

3. Counter-Notification

If you believe that your material was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification to our Copyright Agent. Your counter-notice must include:

  • Your physical or electronic signature.

  • Identification of the material that has been removed and its original location.

  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed as a result of mistake.

  • Your name, address, and telephone number.

  • A statement of consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district of Louisiana, and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original infringement notification.

4. Repeat Infringer Policy

In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable law, Animerelic has adopted a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances and at our sole discretion, users who are deemed to be repeat infringers. We may also, at our sole discretion, limit access to the Site for any users who infringe any intellectual property rights of others.
